The Tasman features a low range gearing system and automatic rear electronic locking differential to help navigate challenging terrain with a 4WD Active transfer switch available on all 4WD variants. Reactive mechanical rear differential lock available on TX, TXR, TXS & X-Line. While a selectable rear electromechanical differential lock is available on top X-Pro model. Terrain modes help to optimise performance and safety across various off-road conditions that can be selected for Snow, Mud, Sand and Rock. With up to 1,025kg payload, the Tasman is a proper one- tonne ute and has a best-in-class tub capacity to fit up to 1,212L of cargo in the tub. I loved the electronic tail gate feature to drop the gate when loading up my hunting gear and decoys. For towing up to 3500kg (braked) or 750kg (unbraked), the integrated trailer brake control automatically applies the trailer brakes when you brake on the Tasman. It is easy to fine-tune the braking force by using the positive and negative buttons. Integrated panoramic display & Kia app The expansive 12.3"+5"+12.3" combined integrated panoramic display, is simple to use and has Android Auto and Apple CarPlay compatibility which provides helpful driving information. Inside really impresses as one of the leading cabins in the ute class, giving comfort and functionality, with innovative technology including a near 30” Panoramic Display.
