The finished result looks great, and 
we get a lot of admiring comments 
from fellow anglers and boaties 
when pulling up to the boat ramp, 
as the boat gets a good once over 
from people when launching.  They 
usually ask if it is hard to keep 
clean and maintain, which it is not 
and U-DEK has proven to be very 
durable and provides excellent 
traction underfoot in all conditions.
Being an open boat and with 
no cabin, the Oceanpro 535 has 
a lot of decking space and with 
wider gunnels to utilise U-DEK 
well.  This provides better footing

when wet for casting and fighting 
fish to help keep your balance in 
choppy sea conditions, and it is also 
comfortable when barefoot which 
is great bonus in an alloy boat.  
The protective foam provided by 
U-DEK running along the tops of 
the sides/gunnels around the boat 
also provides comfy seating that we 
use to sit or sidle on when fishing.

When out fishing, you will naturally 
get bait and fish blood over the 
boat and onto the U-DEK.  It is best 
to give it a wipe down with a wet 
rag or brush while on the water to 
help remove it more easily when 
home and washing down the boat.

to any model or design specifications.
