b'Feature01 DONT OVERFILL THE BAGNever over fill your bag, leaving a gap between the item in the bag and the front of the machine, allows the bag to lay properly flat on the sealing bar and gives a buffer zone for any liquid which may be dragged from the meat or seafood.02 AVOID EXCESS LIQUIDAvoid excess liquid in the vacuum plastic bag, dont wash fish fillets prior to vacuum packing, instead have some paper towels handy to dab off any excess liquid from the surface of the meat or fish. For foods with a higher liquid content, like marinated meats, choose a vacuum packer which has a pulse function which will allow you to control the vacuum process. All our ZeroPak machines have this function. If some liquid does enter the seal area put the bag back in the machine and place a second seal near the top of the bag. Choosing a machine with double seal bars will assist greatly on getting a reliable seal when liquid is present.30FISHING IN GODZONE MAGAZINE'
