This larger 10″ blade has a stainless bolster with olive wood grips, and is best for handling kingies and big snapper.
Comes with a leather sheath.
Knife Care Tips:
Never put them in a dishwasher, as it will damage the handles.
Hand wash only in hot water with dish washing liquid.
Even though the blade is stainless, dry off immediately.
Never sharpen with a pull through knife sharpener.
Use a wet stone, steel or diamond equivalent to sharpen.
