200mm circ-blade Japanese tuna processing knife, made with 5160 high carbon steel with a round handle.
Traditional in the Japanese and Taiwanese tuna markets, this knife or chopper is a circ-blade, which is heavy with 8″ blade length and is paper cutting sharp to deal with fins, bones and flesh. Great for dealing with big fish like puka or bluenose.
Comes with a leather sheath.
Knife Care Tips:
Never put them in a dishwasher, as it will damage the handles.
Hand wash only in hot water with dish washing liquid.
Dry off immediately.
Never sharpen with a pull through knife sharpener.
Use a wet stone, steel or diamond equivalent to sharpen.
