The 10” blade is made from 67-layer Damascus stainless steel in Japanese VG10, hardness of 60HRC with a ferric chloride finish and looks stunning, with your choice of either an olive wooden handle grip or stabilised birch for safety when filleting.

Knife Care Tips:
Never put them in a dishwasher, as it will damage the handles.
Hand wash only in hot water with dish washing liquid.
Even though the blade is stainless, dry off immediately.
Never sharpen with a pull through knife sharpener.
Use a wet stone, steel or diamond equivalent to sharpen.
